1. How do I change my contact info as an affiliate?
Click the “Join Free” button on this page and then complete the application. If you are a US citizen or company then please don’t forget to include your taxpayer identification number. Before finalizing and submitting your application please review the Agreement and Terms, which outlines the terms and conditions of your participation in the Renaissance Art Affiliate Program. What is involved after joining? After your application is approved, you will be provided information on how to access your account. As an affiliate, you place our links on your website. When a visitor to your site clicks on the link and makes a purchase on our site, you earn a commission. We take care of the entire shopping and buying experience. We handle all of the management, tracking and reporting of our program to guarantee superior customer service to our affiliates. We also support your marketing efforts with a variety of innovative online and offline programs. How much will I get paid? How much you will get paid depends entirely on you and your efforts. Our base commission is 8% of sales with performance bonuses ranging from 25% to 50% of your monthly earnings. How do I get paid? Renaissance Art pays its affiliates monthly after you have earned at least $25. Lower amounts will be carried over into successive months. You can choose to receive a check (payable in USD only) or be paid through Paypal. Each time a sale is made you will be notified of it by email. How long after my referred customer’s first visit will I continue to earn commissions? When a visitor clicks through to our site from yours, you will receive a commission from any sales made from that person for a period of six months. How will you know they are my customers? We track customers in two ways. Initially, a cookie is placed on their computer with your affiliate referral ID number. After an initial sale is made, your affiliate ID referral number is placed into the customer’s file in our database. This additional tracking step assures that no matter how your customer returns to our site, if they make a purchase, you will be the one who gets paid for it. We will track a customer for a period of six months from his or her first visit. Do you provide marketing support? We believe that marketing is the backbone of any business. In addition to providing a selection of traditional banners for your use, we also have an assortment of more creative graphics and innovative tools and ideas to help you. Our less traditional sales graphics are inspiring, pique interest and can be scaled to fit any size you would prefer. Additionally, we will co-op (pay for a portion of) your advertising, email, banner or pop campaign if we like it. We also have several other original and innovative marketing plans, both online and offline, to help boost your referral rate and fatten your wallet. Each of your campaigns or sales pages will be individually tracked so you know what is working and what is not, making it possible to fine-tune your campaign for maximum sales. Our regular newsletter offers innovative ideas for marketing, new graphics and news about what is working for others. We also provide personalized marketing support. How do I change my contact information as an affiliate? Your contact information can be changed at any time when you log into your affiliate account by clicking the “Change user info” link. How often are stats updated? All of your stats are real time and available 24/7 by logging into your account. How can I track how much I am earning? As soon as you log in to your affiliate account you will see Quick stats on the left which will tell you what have earned this pay period and the last payment made to you. To track your earnings by date just type in the date range you wish on the right of the screen and click “show stats”. How can I know which referral pages are getting the most click thru’s? Simple…
Since each URL is tracked individually, you will be able to see what is working for you and what is not, making it possible to affect change and increase your earnings. Can I track individual banners or campaigns? The URLs (referral pages) on which your banners/links are placed are tracked on a real-time basis. Not only can you track your whole campaign but you can track multiple ad pages in that campaign separately. All tracking is real time and available 24/7. Can I track detailed stats by date? Yes, after you log into your account just enter the range of dates you would like to track and click “show stats”.
